Join us for a screening of Panos H. Koutras’s Strella, an acclaimed blend of classic and modern Greek culture, tragedy and fate, death and rebirth, and a daring queer adaptation of the myth of Oedipus. A multi-award-winning film about the visibility of trans people and the LGTBQ+ community in Greece, Strella will be shown with an introduction and post-screening discussion led by Kimberly Honig (St Cross College, Oxford) and Billie Mitsikakos (Merton College, Oxford).

Screenings in the ‘Many Faces of Oedipus’ series are free and open to all, but please book your seat via Eventbrite.
